yeah you need permission from the faculty. but in some degrees (the 4 year ones) you are allowed to have 3 majors!! it would be a hectic 3rd year if you were to have 3 majors.. unless you opted to stay another year!!

i think they are updating the usyd site! its never down... they have online PRE-enrolment for non first years.

LOL.. they handbooks are around $12, well they were last year, they might have gone up. but on the day of enrolment, they should give you an outline of an example degree structure and how you should structure yours!!
