ANU aren't like sydney universities where you get to choose your lectures. 'lecture streams' is an unheard of term at ANU. the lectures are scheduled for x time and they'll be on at x time regardless if you have clashes or whatever. you shouldn't have clashes unless you've chosen a messed up...

why would living on/off campus affect anything? 75% of my mates are locals and live around all suburbs in canberra.

nice stuff, and i applaud whoever designed the database. one thing i suggest to be implemented in the future (or now) is if one searches for X, results for all degrees including X is there. eg. if i search for "B Law at ANU", the search results just churn out a list of people who got into...

so using that logic, studying business at harvard (located at Massachusetts) is crap and is a stupid decision compared to studying at a financial hub such as new york or sydney? also i figured i'll correct you - ANU is ranked 1 outside the UK/US for the last four or so years.

how is it frowned upon? admittedly i have observed single degrees to be a lot rarer these days... most people double them with something (law/comm, law/arts, law/econ)

i'm pretty sure you can because you're using both VTAC and UAC, both totally independent things. but check with both first.

depends. how determined are you? how easily can you get distracted? fundamentally your question is flawed because the answer is it all depends on YOU, not the setting you're in. if you are a type A individual who sees a goal of getting all HD's and can zone out for a month to study for finals...

this year it'll be a maybe :( 95.5 to get into law.

ANU isn't that cheap as to skimp on turning the AC/heaters on mate.
