(Attempted) 2 hours of tennis.

But it rained :( so only got 1 hour done.

Just came back from 30km bike ride. Only intersting thing that I saw was a dead kangaroo on the side of the road with a huge rock on its head.

New program as of last week: German Volume Training.

Rest Between sets: 1 min ONLY! Which i hear is the best for hypertrophy. Not so much Strength which is >=2mins, but muscle recruitment.

Yesterday: (chest)

Forward Dumbrell Raises: 3 x 10 reps (15.1kg each arm)

Shoulder Press: 3 x 10 reps (24.5kg each arm)

Abduction Dumbrell Raises: 3 x 10 reps (13.1kg each arm)

Barbell Raise: 3 x 10 reps (48kg)

Abs
- Leg Raises 3 x 10 reps (Decline Bench)
-Crunches 3 x 10 reps (Decline Bench, 15kg behind my head)
-Toe Taps 3 x 50 reps

5 km run in the afternoon

Today: (chest)

Incline Bench Press: 3 x 10 reps (70kg)

Flat Bench Press: 3 x 10 reps (85kg down to 70kg on last set)

Decline: 3 x 10 reps (75kg)

Chest Flys: 3 x 10 reps (45lbs each arm)

Dips: 3 x 6 reps (I was fucked by this stage lol)

Abs: (as above)

Will do some sprints tonight, followed by 2 x 1km time trial.

hehe...dw Omie Jay, we can work on them together? ;)

lol. Just build yurself up slowly...start with 10 situps one day, then 12 the next, then 13-14 the next day... or do it in 3 sets of 5 situps each day then eventually increase the amount in each set.

Eventually yu get to a stage where yu really needa increas it to see a change/feel the full effect..i have reached this stage now, and am slowly increasing the amount i do.

And btw crunches are MUCH harder than situps...i can only do like 25 full on proper crunches :eek: SO dw, ur not the only one.

you prob do ur situps wrong, who the fuck can honestly do 200???

real trainers do em in sets, like 10 each along with other exerices, like pushups, and using dumbells to do dumbell flies etc...

i doubt you can do a pushup...there's 2 type of situps...ab crunches and bicycle crunches, and when you do em right, they hurt, nobody can do 200 juz like that.

ur fulla shit super women wannabe lol doubt you can do a single pushup correctly, you prob use bad form in ur situps, prob bend ur neck all the way up so u injure urself, ur meant to go halfway and hold ur neck up when lookin at the ceiling to support the back of ur head...wat ur doin is wrong, and ridiculous..

i speak from experience..

i doubt you can do a push up even, what an embarrassment.

do some cardio first before you do the situps, dont wanna look like a butch at the end do ya? lol

two 10 min lots of HITT on exercise bike

10 push ups, sit ups and squats (in between bike and to finish)

200 situps can cause your lower back to weaken and can muck up your posture.
